At Casa Collina we offer a luxury villa that has been lovingly restored retaining all of the original features including fire places, brick vaulted ceilings and hand-made terracotta floor tiles. The upstairs of this traditional Italian villa has three bedrooms each with its own south facing balcony and two modern bathrooms.

On the ground floor there is an extra en suite double bedroom plus the kitchen and the dining room. From the kitchen, you can access the renovated wine cellar that offers a spacious lounge area come games room. Of the four bedrooms, three have double bedrooms with the fourth set up with three single beds and ideal for children. The bathrooms are all equipped with shower rooms, wash hand basins and toilet with the master bathroom also boasting a spectacular double sized bath.

Each bedroom is furnished with a king sized double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a storage box and full length mirrors. The living area has a double sofa bed, a dining table with chairs, an electric oven with four ring gas hob, a sink, a fridge / freezer, a kettle and plenty of cutlery and crockery. A TV, a DVD player with over 50 classic movies and ipod docking station complete the creature comforts. The price for the house includes fresh towels and linen, gas for cooking, electricity and water. Should central heating be required between November and March this will be included in the cost.
